Through emotional storytelling, street-level activations, and a social-first approach, the brand connects with consumers by celebrating what Boston means to them. The strategy is strengthen by an omnichannel ecosystem combining digital touch-points, community-driven content to build long-term loyalty and brand relevance.
EXCLUSIVE HAT DESIGN
This design was created be a wearable expression of community pride by allowing customers to customize their caps through pins representing symbols of Boston. The two patches used combine colors of all sports teams of the city: the Celtics, the Bruins, and the Red Sox.
